Section 25J of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective October 23, 2007, to assign responsibility for the Office of Immigration to the Honourable Len Goucher, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Immigration.
