AN ACT TO AMEND THE WILDLIFE ACT (Assented to , 1975) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Wildlife Act is hereby amended.

Section 25, is amended by adding at the end thereof the words, ~6) Subsection (1) shall not apply to a person who has a physical disability that would prevent hunting or shooting except from a mechanically propelled vehicle or boat, pro vided such person is granted written permission ·by the Director for a specified period of time to hunt or shoot from a mechanically propelled vehicle or boat on the grounds of such disabilityo :1. This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented t09 Explanatory Notes I. This Bill will amend

chapter of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1970. 2. Section 25 (1) presently reads: 25.

(1) Except in the case of a boat propelled by muscular power, no person (

a) Shall have a loaded firearm in or on any kind of vehicle or boat or (
