SCHEDULE 1 Rule 17 (2) of the Provincial Court (Family) Rules, B.C. Reg. 417/98 is amended (

a) in paragraph (

a) by adding "in Form 7" after "summons", (

b) in paragraph (

c) by adding "in Form 7A" after "summons", (

c) in paragraph (

d) by adding "in Form 7" after "summons", and (

d) in paragraph (

e) by adding "in Form 7B" after "summons". 2 Rule 17 (5) is amended by striking out "(Form 7)" and substituting "(Form 7, 7A or 7B)". 3 The attached forms 7A and 7B are added. 1 of 3 FORM 7A (RULE 17 (2) (C) ) SUMMONS TO A DEFAULT HEARING Court File No. Court Location F.M.E.P.
