OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 1, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Ellen Venner of RR#3 Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire July 31, 2002, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-552 dated August 5, 1997; and (
b) appoint Ellen Venner-Hiltz of RR#3 Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire August 15, 2002.
