B.C. Reg. 201/2008 , deposited June 27, 2008, pursuant to the PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT [Sections 13 and 26 (2) (b)]. Order in Council 462/2008, approved and ordered June 26, 2008.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulation, B.C. Reg. 231/95, is amended by repealing Schedules A and B and substituting the attached Schedules.

Information to Obtain a Search Warrant
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (the "Act")
