On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the reappointment of a returning officer,

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act , Tina Basso of Aurora be reappointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Newmarket—Aurora effective the date of this Order.
