Order in Council 158/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Leonard Dickinson was reappointed as part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years beginning on September 14, 2020, by Order in Council 1047/2020;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002, Order in Council 1047/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
