OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 27, 2006, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2003-369 dated August 18, 2003, is pleased, effective June 27, 2006, to assign responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia to the Honourable Barry Barnet, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Communications Nova Scotia.
