Order in Council 1397/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Stuart Kidd of North Bay, who was reappointed by O.C. 1484/2021 as a member of the board of governors of Nipissing University, has resigned his position;

Now therefore , pursuant to paragraph 8 (1) (3) of the Nipissing University Act, 1992 , Order in Council 1484/2021 be revoked.
