Order in Council 939/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Nancy Matthews

be appointed Deputy Minister of Long-Term Care, effective July 12, 2021, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And that Order in Council O.C. 331/2020, dated February 26, 2020, be revoked effective July 12, 2021.
