OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 19, 2009, pursuant to
Section 25M of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 19, 2009, to assign responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable Ramona Jennex, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Emergency Management.
