On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Special Direction IC2 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission, B.C. Reg. 307/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 3 (1) of Special Direction IC2 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission, B.C. Reg. 307/2004, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

c) by striking out " paragraphs (g), (j), (u), (v), (

y) and (z) " and substituting " paragraphs (g), (j), (u), (v), (y), (

z) and (aa) ", and

(

b) by adding the following paragraph:

(aa) despite paragraph (j), within 10 days of the corporation applying in accordance with the government directive dated March 4, 2025 for changes to rates in support of a 2025 rebate, approve and set the changes to rates.
