Order in Council 896/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 568/2014, dated the 2nd day of April 2014, L. Diane Daly was reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from April 6, 2014;

And

whereas L. Diane Daly has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, L. Diane Daly is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
