Order in Council 1113/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Eva Nichols of Scarborough be appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Eva Nichols was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of four years, effective September 13, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1299/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1299/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
