The Public Works Act is hereby amended. 2.

Section is amended by adding the following subsec tion after subsection (4):

(5) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other Act, a person having a claim under

section with respect to a public work shall take priority over any other claimant with respect to any moneys payable under the contract with the Crown for the construction, alteration, demolition, repair or maintenance of that public work. 3.
