OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 452(3) of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to execute the Canada- Nova Scotia Administrative Agreement on the Federal Gas Tax Fund under the Federal Economic Action Plan 2013: The New Building Canada Plan and any subsequent amendments to the Agreement as may be required by the Agreement, in substantially the form of the Agreement as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
