OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 14, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 17A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and subsection 18(1) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased, effective June 30, 2023, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Andrea Anderson as Public Service Commissioner and Deputy Minister of the Public Service Commission; and (
b) appoint Laura Lee Langley as Public Service Commissioner and Deputy Minister of the Public Service Commission.
