Order in Council 1786/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 314/2016, dated the 24 th day of February 2016, David Kent Smith was reappointed as a member of the County of Wellington Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from February 24, 2016;

And

whereas David Kent Smith has resigned his appointment as a member of the County of Wellington Police Services Board, effective October 1, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 314/2016 dated February 24, 2016, reappointing David Kent Smith as a member of the County of Wellington Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
