OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated February 5, 1998, pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of office commencing April 1, 1998 and ending March 31, 2000: Peter van Oostrum of R.R.#2 Centreville, Kings County; and Thane Fullerton of R.R.#1 Parrsboro, Cumberland County; (

b) designate Peter van Oostrum as Chair of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission; and (

c) determine the remuneration to be $150.00 per meeting for the Chairman and $100.00 per meeting for members plus reimbursement for necessary expenses in accordance with government policy.
