Order in Council 1721/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1935/2019 dated December 12, 2019, reappointing Dan Revington as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective November 9, 2021.
