OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated May 22, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sarah Campbell of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, effective on June 26, 2015; and (
b) appoint Cathie O’Toole of Halifax Regional Municipality (Fall River) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of four years commencing June 26, 2015.
