Order in Council 194/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 193/2022 dated February 3, 2022 established the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario:

The chair of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee shall be remunerated at the rate of $723 per day, up to a maximum of 236 days.

The other members of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee shall be remunerated at the rate of $500 per day, up to a maximum of 216 days.

In addition to the remuneration set out above, the chair and other members of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses incurred in carrying out their duties as a member of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
