Order in Council 936/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021 , c. 26, being the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021 , comes into force:

Schedule 3, s. 45.
