OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 22, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective March 29, 2022, to authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into an amended funding Contribution Agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding the Nova Scotia strategic plan to build law enforcement capacity to address drug impaired driving, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations, including budgetary redistributions, as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
