OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 8, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Terry Goodwin of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing November 1, 2004, and ending October 31, 2007; (

b) reappoint Larry Baxter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing November 1, 2004, and ending October 31, 2007; and (

c) designate Larry Baxter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing November 1, 2004, and ending October 31, 2007.
