OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 17, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective November 15, 2022, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Health Canada to allow the Department of Health and Wellness to receive data about medical assistance in dying in Nova Scotia, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
