OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated November 18, 1998, pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 17 of the Acts of 1990, the Law Reform Commission Act, is pleased to reappoint the Honourable A. David MacAdam of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a commissioner of the Law Reform Commission of Nova Scotia for a further term of office of three years commencing April 1, 1998, and ending March 31, 2001.
