OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated February 16, 2012, and pursuant to subsection (2) of

Section 17 of

Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2011, the Bowater Mersey Pulp and Paper Investment

(2011) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 9 to 16 of and the

Schedule to

Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2011, the Bowater Mersey Pulp and Paper Investment

(2011) Act, do come into force on and not before March 13, 2012.
