OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated December 2, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased to make regulations amending the description of the limits of the offshore area of Nova Scotia set out in
Schedule I to the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 30, 2004.
