Order in Council 1160/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 778/2014, dated the 30th day of April 2014, Donald B. Sherritt was appointed as a member of the Municipality of North Grenville Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from June 1, 2014;

And

whereas Donald B. Sherritt has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of North Grenville Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Donald B. Sherritt is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of North Grenville Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Counsel.
