tana■ Lieutenant Governor PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA 0, ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN1lNCIL Order in CoUncirNo. 728 , Approved and Ordered MAY 1 Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders that all the right, title and interest of the Crown acquired by the escheat of the following interest in land, namely: The leasehold interest described in the Lease Agreement dated March 1, 1991, between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as lessor, and Cape Mudge Resort Ltd. (Inc.Co. 0370632) (the "Company"), as lessee, which has a term of fifty (50) years less one day effective September 20, 1990, until September 19, 2040, and that covers that portion of Cape Mudge Indian Reserve No. 10 located in the Province of British Columbia and more particularly described as: LEASED LANDS: All of Lots and 2, Cape Mudge Indian Reserve No. 10, Sayward District, Province of British Columbia as shown on R.S.B.C.

Plan of Survey No. 2121, containing 26.209 hectares, more or less, excepting thereout all mines and minerals, whether precious or base, solid or liquid or gaseous. EASEMENT AREA: That part of Cape Mudge Indian Reserve No. 10 shown as Road on R.S.B.C.

Plan of Survey No. 2121, and which is 30,000 metres in length more or less which Lease Agreement was registered with the Indian Land Registry on March 27, 1991, under Instrument Number 205608, in favour of Cape Mudge Resort Ltd. (Inc.No. 0370632), which Company was dissolved on May 31, 1996, and subsequently restored on November 5, 1998, be hereby granted to the restored Company, Cape Mudge Resort Ltd.
