Order in Council 1567/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 9(1)(

b) of the Nursing Act, 1991 , Joe Farag of Pickering be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Nurses of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective December 1, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
