Order in Council 1002/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1670/2013, dated the 20th day of November 2013, Norman Nash was reappointed as a member of the Town of Thessalon Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from November 3, 2013;

Whereas Norman Nash has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Thessalon Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Norman Nash is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Town of Thessalon Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
