to Cap Regulated Electricity Rates in force:

NOW KNOW YE THAT by and with the advice and consent of Our Executive

Council of Our Province of Alberta, by virtue of the provisions of the said Act

hereinbefore referred to and of all other power and authority whatsoever in Us vested

in that behalf, We have ordered and declared and do hereby proclaim sections 3 and

1, 2018.

Authorities Board Order No. 12328 is amended by repealing Clause IIIA and

substituting the following:

IIIA(

A) That, for the purposes of taxation in 2018 to 2022, the assessor for

the Town of Stony Plain shall classify and assess any farm land,

farm residences and farm buildings annexed by this Order to the

Town of Stony Plain as if the land, residences and buildings were

located in Parkland County.

(

B) That, if the assessor for the Town of Stony Plain determines that

land or a residence or building referred to in Clause IIIA(

A) would

no longer be considered farm land or a farm residence or farm

building, as the case may be, if it was located in Parkland County,

then Clause IIIA(

A) immediately ceases to apply to the land,

residence or building.

Notice of Receipt of a Repatriation Application

(Blackfoot First Nations Sacred Ceremonial Objects Repatriation Regulation)

Pursuant to the First Nations Sacred Ceremonial Objects Repatriation Act

(FNSCORA) and the Blackfoot First Nations Sacred Ceremonial Objects Repatriation

Regulation made under that Act, the Province of Alberta as represented by the

Minister of Culture and Tourism hereby gives notice of receipt of a repatriation

application from a member of the Siksika Nation for objects in the Government of

Alberta's collections at the Royal Alberta Museum.

The application is for the repatriation of the following items:

 The Many Hides Beaver Bundle (accession number H67.324.2, 7, 9, 13-19g,

20-25a, 26-27, 31-32) originating from the Blackfeet Tribe in Montana and

used in the Beaver Bundle ceremony, which came into possession of the

Royal Alberta Museum in 1967;

 Beaver Bundle materials (H72.91.6a-c, 8) originating from the Blackfeet

Tribe in Montana and used in the Beaver Bundle ceremony, which came

into possession of the Royal Alberta Museum in 1972.

Any person with interest in these objects, who either wishes to make written

representations to the Minister relating to this application or to submit an application

of their own, must do so within 30 days after the December 30th 2017 publication of

contrary written representations have been made, and if the Minister considers

repatriation to be appropriate.

Production Allocation Unit Agreement

Environment and Parks

Alberta Climate Change Office

Specified Gas Reporting Regulation reporting threshold reduced to 10,000

tonnes CO2 equivalent beginning with the 2017 reporting period.

The Alberta Climate Change Office is lowering the specified gas emissions reporting

threshold to 10,000 tonnes CO2 equivalent per year.

Environment and Climate Change Canada, through the Canada Gazette, has indicated

they are lowering the reporting threshold of the federal greenhouse gas reporting

program to 10,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent starting for the 2017 reporting period. As

a result, Alberta facilities will be required to report their greenhouse gas emissions

under the federal program. In order to align and collect the reported emissions

information Alberta is aligning with Environment and Climate Change Canada's

reporting threshold.

Facilities that exceed 10,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent in 2017 must report their 2017

emissions on or before June 1, 2018.

Facilities that emit more than 10,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent are required to submit

a specified gas report to the Alberta Climate Change Office via Environment and

Climate Change Canada's Single Window Information Management (SWIM) system.

The specified gas report must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set

out in the Specified Gas Reporting Regulation and the Specified Gas Reporting

Standard. The reporting information for the 2017 period must be submitted by no later

than June 1, 2018.

Currently, the Specified Gas Reporting Standard is posted for 30 day public comment

period. Please review the draft document at the web link below and provide comment

by January 31, 2018.
