Order in Council 1200/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and

section 5 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32,

The Chair of the board of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (the "Commission") shall be compensated at the rate of $350 per diem;

the Vice-Chair of the board of the Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $250 per diem; and

the other members of the board of the Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $200 per diem; and

the members of the board of the Commission shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Commission in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1503/2014 is hereby revoked.
