Order in Council 495/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 122/2019 dated January 31, 2019, Penny Lipsett was reappointed as a member and designated as the Vice-Chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act ;

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act , Order in Council O.C. 122/2019 dated January 31, 2019 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
