Section 5 of
Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act, is pleased to appoint Michael Donovan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, for a term of office of three years commencing October 30, 2007.
