On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 32 (2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16 (4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Karen Dawson of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective October 21, 2023.
