Order in Council 6/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Leslie Flemming of Bracebridge be appointed a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Leslie Flemming was reappointed a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of three years, effective October 2, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 956/2015;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 956/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
