With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name April 1, 2026, as the day on which The Manitoba Hydro Amendment Act (S.M. 2021, c. 37,
Schedule C), except
section 6 insofar as it enacts
section 28.6 of The Manitoba Hydro Act , comes into force.
