OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated November 4, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve, effective on and after November 30, 2010, the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Police Agency of the Republic of South Korea, in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
