Order in Council 2175/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(2) and 10(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16.

Bryan P. Davies – Toronto

be reappointed as a member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , c. 16, Order in Council O.C. 1175/2015 be revoked effective the dated this Order in Council is made.
