OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated July 27, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased to appoint Anne MacRae-Estey as the Executive Director of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years commencing September 6, 2005 and ending September 5, 2007, at an annual salary of $68,992.04.
