Order in Council 1078/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tim Beckett has agreed to be reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to

section 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act , as amended, Tim Beckett is hereby reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective the date this order in council is made, for a period not to extend beyond November 17, 2023.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 976/2022 is hereby revoked effective the date this order in council is made.
