OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated February 5, 2003, pursuant to
Section 150A of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to abridge the time limit for the effective date of Rule 31-102 approved by the Nova Scotia Securities Commission on January 15, 2003, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, sections 7.1 and 7.2 of
Part 1 of the Rule to become effective on February 3, 2003, and the remainder of the Rule to become effective on March 31, 2003.
