Order in Council 1688/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act , a French Language University Planning Board was established by O.C. 919/2016 for a period ending no later than March 31, 2017;

and

whereas O.C. 919/2016 provides that the members of the Board shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council for terms ending no later than March 31, 2017;

therefore

Yollande Dweme Mbukuny Pitta, Whitby

is appointed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, as a member, who is a student, of the French Language University Planning Board for a term effective the date of this Order in Council and ending not later than March 31, 2017.
