OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated December 19, 2006, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 63 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2006, the Financial Measures
(2006) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 42 and 43 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2006, the Financial Measures
(2006) Act, do come into force on and not before January 12, 2007.
