I, Shirley Bond, Minister of Justice and Attorney General, order that the Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 363/95, is amended

(

a) in

section 2 by striking out " Maternal and Perinatal Mortality Review Committee of the B.C. Reproductive Care Program, " and substituting " Perinatal Review Committee of Perinatal Services BC, ", and

(

b) by repealing

Schedule 2 and substituting the attached
