Order in Council 1821/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4 (1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Ian James MacPhee, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed as Regional Coroner of Operational Support for Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the later of January 4, 2022 or date this Order in Council is made.
