OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 30, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 12A of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective May 30, 2012: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2012-16; (

b) designate the Honourable Maureen MacDonald, a member of the Executive Council, to be Chair of the Economic Investment Committee, a committee of the Executive Council; and (

c) designate the following members of the Executive Council to be members of the Economic Investment Committee, a committee of the Executive Council: Honourable Frank Corbett, Honourable Percy A. Paris, Honourable Denise Peterson-Rafuse, Honourable C. L. (Charlie) Parker.\x09
